Target Audience

  • Experienced project managers who are attempting to practice good project management, but lack the internal support needed to do so.
  • Project managers who work in departments or teams where PM techniques are inconsistent and vary widely.
  • Project managers who enjoy helping others, and enjoy learning from others as well.
