This intensive 4-day, no study course is designed to completely prepare you for the PMP exam in a fun and effective manner—with no required studying after class! In addition to unique games and activities, there are exercises and techniques designed specifically to increase both learning and knowledge retention, giving students not only the knowledge they need to pass the exam in only four days, but also to become a better project manager—without rote memorization.

Materials utilized in this class include Rita’s complete PMP Exam Prep System, plus other materials not available to the general public. Students are allowed to keep the PMP Exam Prep System ($399 value) for free upon completion of the course.

NOTE: Students must meet all class prerequisites prior to enrolling.

This combination course is specifically designed for project managers who need CAPM® exam preparation training AND a class on project management fundamentals. It entails three consecutive days of training and two exceptional courses.

Students will first participate in RMC's PM Crash Course™ Course, which will provide them with a one-day, real-world look at project management tools, techniques, terms and processes. Over the next two days, the training shifts specifically to the CAPM® exam itself, where students will receive 16 hours of intensive and highly-focused exam preparation training.

This combination course is specifically designed for project managers who need exam preparation training AND a refresher on project management fundamentals. It entails five consecutive days of training and two exceptional courses.

On Monday through Wednesday, students will participate in RMC's Project Management Tricks of the Trade® course, designed to assist the student in understanding and applying the International Standards for project management on real-world projects. On Thursday and Friday, the training shifts specifically to the PMP® exam itself, where students will receive 16 hours of intensive and highly-focused exam preparation training.
