Course Features

Let us help you translate the International Standards for Project Management into real-world project management technologies and real-world applications.

This course is designed for project managers, team members and senior management who want to use the International Standards of Project Management to help complete projects faster, cheaper and easier. It is also an ideal course for those people who need a refresher course in project management before they take the Project Management Institute's PMP® exam or our PMP® Exam Prep course.

This course entails 21 hours of training over the course of three consecutive 7-hour days with one hour lunch breaks.
