Course Resources

This course is handled similarly to the "Why Projects Fail" course, with a focus on the most common day-to-day problems. A detailed analysis of studies on this topic will be presented, and students will have a chance to apply their project management knowledge to preventing problems on their own projects. One half of the day allows for hands-on application of workplace situations.
