The New RMC UGroup Discount Policy
RMC Online Classes
RMC is offering group discounts on several online courses to both PMI® Chapter members and corporations who are planning to register groups of ten (10) or more people at the same time. If you believe 10 or more people from your PMI® chapter or company would like to take an RMC online course, you may be eligible for a discount based on the following scale:

Requesting and Qualifying for a Discount
If you have a group of 10 or more persons wishing to take an RMC online course, please contact our Customer Service Department at (952) 846-4484. From there, the Customer Service representative will request the exact number of persons in your group, in order to calculate your discount. Please have this information ready prior to calling.
If persons in your group will be paying individually:
The Customer Service representative will issue you a Promotional Code, which can be used the exact number of times specified for the percentage discount in question. The code will be good for exactly one (1) week from the date of issue. It will be the responsibility of the person who sets up the group to distribute the code to everyone in the group and ensure that they register in timely manner.
If your group will be pre-paid with a single transaction:
The Customer Service representative will issue you the commensurate number of Usernames and Passwords for the site. Members of your group will be able to log in and begin using the site immediately upon receiving their login information.
Note that under the first scenario (group members paying individually), if the appropriate number of registrations to achieve the requested discount are not made, each registering member within that group will be billed for the difference. For example, if a group of 11 people is set up in advance with RMC for the PMP® Exam Prep online course but only 9 register for the course, each of the 9 registering members will be billed an additional $44.

If your group meets the criteria outlined above, please contact our Customer Service department at (952) 846-4484. Because each group discount must be approved by RMC management staff, all group discount requests MUST be made during regular RMC business hours, which are M-F 8 am to 5 pm CST.
