PMP® Exam Prep Course (2-Day) and Accelerated PMP® Exam Prep Course — Pass on Your FIRST Try

Less than 1% of the students who completed our PMP® Exam Prep Course have taken us up on this guarantee. Our goal is obviously to ensure that you pass the PMP® Exam on your FIRST attempt—and we are extremely effective at helping you accomplish this. But if you take the PMP® Exam within three (3) months of completing our PMP® Exam Prep Course or our Accelerated PMP® Exam Prep Course and do not pass, RMC will provide you with the following support:

• FREE Evaluation of your exam results to uncover subject matter weaknesses;
• FREE one-on-one guidance from RMC founder and best-selling PM author Rita Mulcahy; and
• FREE registration in a scheduled RMC PMP® Exam Prep course.*

Students must contact RMC within ninety (90) days of failing the exam, or the guarantee outlined above will not be honored.

CAPM® Exam Prep Course (2-Day) — Pass on Your FIRST Try

Our goal is obviously to ensure that you pass the CAPM® Exam on your FIRST attempt—and we are extremely effective at helping you accomplish this. But if you take the CAPM® Exam within three (3) months of completing our CAPM® Exam Prep Course and do not pass, RMC will provide you with the following support:

• FREE Evaluation of your exam results to uncover subject matter weaknesses;
• FREE one-on-one guidance from a senior RMC instructor; and
• FREE registration in a scheduled RMC CAPM® Exam Prep course.

Students must contact RMC within ninety (90) days of failing the exam, or the guarantee outlined above will not be honored.

All Other Classroom-Based Courses

For all RMC courses other than the two listed above, students may receive a full refund of course fees—no questions asked—if they choose to discontinue their training prior to lunch time on the first day of class. Simply turn in all of your course materials and your explanation for leaving to the instructor prior to your departure, and your refund will be sent within 4-6 weeks.

* If you fail the exam and choose to retake our PMP® Exam Prep course, the course you retake must be based on the same edition of the PMBOK® Guide as your original course. For example, if your original course is based on PMBOK® Guide 2000, your retake cannot be a course based on PMBOK® Guide - 3rd Edition (2005).
