Cancellation, Transfer, and Absence Policies

Cancellation Policy

If your registration must be cancelled:

• If you cancel a course between the date you register and 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the course, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for each registration. You will be refunded the amount of your tuition paid minus $50.00.
• If you cancel a course between 30 calendar days and 8 calendar days prior to the first day of the course, a $150.00 cancellation fee will be charged for each registration. You will be refunded the amount of your tuition paid minus $150.00.
• If you cancel a course within 7 calendar days of the start of the course, no refund will be given. RMC Project Management will consider this a completed sale.
• If you cancel a course after you have already transferred your reservation one or more times, no refund will be given. RMC Project Management will consider this a completed sale.
• If RMC Project Management finds it necessary to cancel a session, a full refund of paid tuition will be made. RMC Project Management will not be liable for airfare and/or hotel cancellation fees. These costs remain the responsibility of the registrant.
• If you paid for your course with a check, and you choose to cancel, you must contact RMC Project Management to receive any amount due. Refunds are automatically processed on credit card transactions only.

Transfer Policy

An Account Manager or Student may transfer a registration to any other comparable class, provided there is space available. There shall be no charge for the first transfer. All subsequent transfers will be assessed a $50.00 fee per class, per transfer. Transfers must be made prior to the first day of class, and no refunds will be given for transfer requests made on or after the first day of class. RMC Project Management will consider this a completed sale. In addition, no refund will be given for any cancelled registration if it has been previously transferred one or more times. RMC Project Management will also consider this a completed sale.

Partial Absences

Any student who is not actively logged in to a Live Online Course for the full duration of the course will NOT be provided a Certificate of Completion. This policy applies to students who log in to the class late, students who log out early, and students who do not return from breaks on time.

Students who miss time during class may, at RMC's discretion, be allowed to earn a Certificate of Completion by retaking the same class at a future date, or by viewing the recorded version. A fee, up to the full cost of the original course, may be applied.
