Call for Submissions: Project Management Templates and Tools

Submit Your Original Templates and Tools—and Get Paid for Them!

RMC Project Management is now seeking submissions for original project management templates and tools, for use in upcoming products and classes. If your submission is licensed and published by RMC, it may be offered as a stand-alone product, or as an ancillary product to complement an existing book, class or other resource. RMC pays competitive rates and royalties for all licensed and published works.

The types of templates and tools RMC will consider include diagrams, documents, reports, checklists, or forms. All submissions MUST be the original work and MUST be the sole property of the submitter. RMC is not seeking and will not accept templates and tools which have been developed for and/or which are currently being used within other organizations. All templates and checklists must be submitted in one of the following four (4) formats:

• MS Word
• MS Excel
• MS Access
• PDF

The types of templates and tools submitted must fall into one of the thirty-four (34) categories listed below. Items marked with an asterisk (*) denote categories where RMC will consider either general OR industry-specific submissions; i.e. templates or tools specific to industries like IT, Construction, Software Development, Accounting or Financial Services.

Note: RMC is NOT currently seeking templates and tools designed specifically to help people prepare for the PMP® exam. The purpose of this Call for Submissions is to gather templates and tools which can be used to manage a project. PMP® exam-specific templates will ONLY be accepted if they are adapted for real-world use during a project.

Submissions may be made through this website only, using the form provided on the following page. All submissions must include a copy of the template or tool in question, along with a one-paragraph description of the tool or template (including business need) and an overview of the target audience.
