1: During installation I am being asked to enter in a site key. Where do I get the site key?

If you are using version 6.0.1, you are connected to the Internet, and you are having problems with the automatic site key generation, fill out this form. RMC will contact you with a site key during normal business hours.

If you are not connected to the Internet, a manual registration will be necessary. To manually register the software and receive a Site Key, contact customer support at 952-846-4484 during our normal business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

2: I am receiving an error that is not listed here. What information does RMC need in order to troubleshoot my problem?

Send an email to pmfastrack@rmcproject.com that includes the following information:

1. Your license serial number
2. The exact error (Include a screen shot of the error if possible)
3. A description of the exact point that the error occurs
4. The make and model of your computer
5. The operating system
6. The "RMCPROJ.ckn" file. (default location is: C:\Program Files\PM FASTrack v6). Open the file (if you get asked to choose the program to open with, choose Notepad) and copy the contents of the ckn file into your email or include it as an attachment.
