Support Request

Use this support form to contact us if the self-help options on the support site are not working for your situation. This option is available to customers who have purchased PM FASTrack® from RMC or an authorized dealer (Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Baker and Taylor, etc.).

You will need your License Serial Number. The serial number is located on the CD case insert that came with your software.

We will respond to this request during our regular business hours Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm Central Time.
