Invalid Serial Number
Most Invalid Serial Number errors result from typographical errors on the part of the user or a common misinterpretation of the alphanumeric characters. Be particularly careful of letters and numbers that are often involved in serial number typographical errors:
- 0 - O
- 1 - I
- 2 - Z
- 5 - S
- 8 - B
Serial numbers in the CD case are printed in uppercase letters. Our software registration system will accept the serial number with or without dashes or spaces in either uppercase or lowercase.
If you have made several attempts, and you are still receiving an Invalid Serial Number error when trying to register the software, complete this form.
